Knoxxi Health users can delete their account by following these steps:
- Log in to the Knoxxi Health app
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
Once the deletion request is confirmed:
- All associated data will be set for deletion within 24–48 hours.
- Your access to Knoxxi Health will be deactivated, and you will be logged out of the app.
Data Retention Policy
- All user data is permanently deleted after 48 hours of the deletion request
- No data is retained unless legally required for compliance or other obligations.
